Light yellow coloured fine granular powder.
• Good to use with any flour.
• Complete improver only flour to be added.
• Improves water absorption in dough.
• Improves rolling, helps in whiteness & texture.
• Gives desired crispiness and moistness in flat breads.
• Good for frozen flat breads also.
Blend 60g of the improver with 1kg flour. Add water, mix dough, cut, roll and cook.
