Stay Fresh is an emulsified Bread Improver in paste form (with vegetable oil base) designed for mechanical, chemical and fermented dough development. Suits all types of mixers for making premium breads, buns, rolls etc.

Creamish coloured paste.

Blend Stay Fresh in the dough with all other ingredients. Suggested optimum dosage: 1 to 2 % on flour weight.
