T300 Plus is a mid-range Bread Improver designed for mechanical and chemical dough development. It can also be used in fermented dough at a lower dosage for making premium breads, buns, rolls etc.

Blend the Bread improver with flour and other dry ingredients. Suggested optimum dosage: 0.1 to 0.3% on flour weight. (10g to 30g per 10kg flour).
