1 . Add all ingredients in Spiral or Planetary mixer.
2. Mix 2 minutes slow and 7-8 minutes in medium speed.
3. In case of hand mixing, knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
4. Give a rest time of 5-8 minutes.
5. Roll the dough and cut into desired pieces with donut cutter.
6. Leave for proving for 45-55 minutes.
7. Fry in fat/Oil at 175°c-180°c till golden brown.
