TOWER™ Egg free cake mix : 1000gms
Water : 400-420gms
Oil : 90-150gms
Cake Gel : 8g to12gms
1 . Mix TOWER™ Egg Free Cake Mix Gold, TOWER™ Cake, gel and water at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down and whip the mixture at high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Fold in oil slowly while mixing at medium speed for 3 minutes.
4. Pour into baking tins and bake at 160 to 180 ºC or until baked.
