This is a convenient cake mix that makes excellent egg free cakes with improved quality and also a good option for the vegetarian palate.INGREDIENTS

PRODUCT BENEFITS
• Just 6 minutes mixing time.
• Can be used for making traditional American muffins, bar cakes and cup cakes.
• Provides an excellent base for a wide range of flavours and fruit applications.
• Formulated to provide good shelf life and excellent eating qualities of the end product. -
Recipe:
TOWER™ Muffin Cream Cake Mix – Chocolate. : 1000gms
Sugar : 850gms
Eggs : 675gms
Water : 580gms
Veg. Oil : 680gms
Fruits (optional) : 300gmsMethod:
1 . Dissolve sugar in water by mixing at slow speed with beater.
2. Blend TOWER™ Muffin Cream Cake Mix – Chocolate, eggs and oil at low speed with beater for 1 minute.
3. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.
4. Add fruit and mix at low speed or by hand till evenly dispersed.
5. Pour into muffin tins or cake pans and bake at 200 ºC for 18-22 minutes.
