1. Dissolve sugar in water by mixing at slow speed with a beater
2. Blend TOWER ™ Chocolate Muffin Cream Cake Concentrate, eggs and oil at low speed with whisk for 1 minute
3. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes
4. Add fruits and mix at low speed or by hand till evenly dispersed
5. Pour into muffin tins or cake pans and bake at 200 C for 18-22 minutes
