Ingredients

  • Plain Yoghurt: 960 ml
  • Strawberry/Mango KULAROME™ – flavours & Colour Blend: 2 gms
  • Sugar: 227 gms
  • Glucose Syrup: 57 gms

Methods

1. Combine all the Ingredients & stir until evenly blended
2. Process in an ice-cream machine or mixer
3. Pack into a storage container
4. Serve cold
