RASPBERRY PANACOTTA

Ingredients

  • Dairy Cream: 250 gms
  • Milk: 250 gms
  • Sugar: 65 gms
  • Honey: 10 gms
  • Gelatine: 6 gms
  • Raspberry Puree /Fresh Raspberry: 60 gms
  • TOWER ™ Piping Jelly: 50 gms

Methods

1. Boil milk and dissolve sugar into it .
2. Temper eggs with little hot milk, sugar and cornflour mix.
3. When egg mix becomes a little thick pour in the rest of the milk and mix well.
4. Cool the mix and add chopped strawberries.
5. Pour it into moulds & refrigerate over night.
5. Demould and serve it topped with fresh strawberries.
