WALNUT MUFFIN

Ingredients

  • TOWER™ Muffin Mix: 500 gms
  • Sugar: 410 gms
  • Eggs: 340 gms
  • Water: 290 gms
  • Vegetable Oil: 340 gms
  • Walnuts: 240 gms

Methods

1. Dissolve sugar in water with beater.
2. Blend TOWER™ Muffin Mix Concentrate, sugar, eggs, water and oil at slow speed with flat blade attachment for 1 minute (or until it dissolves).
3. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 mins.
4. Add Walnuts and mix at low speed or by hand till it is evenly dispersed.
5. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 180 ºC until baked.
