1. Blend TOWER ™ cake mix, egg free TOWER ™ cake gel and water at low speed for 1 minute with a beater.
2. Scrape down and whip the mixture at high speed for 5 mins.
3. Fold in oil slowly while mixing at medium speed for 3 mins.
4. Pour into baking tins and bake at 160 C to 180 ºC or until baked.
