Many types of yeasts are used for making varied kind of foods: baker’s yeast in bread production, brewer’s yeast in beer fermentation and yeast in wine fermentation
There are thousands of yeast strains naturally available in ecology and AB Mauri has developed the state of the art technology to isolate, standardize and commercialize the correct strain suitable for various applications.
