Magic muffin concentrate 1000
Sugar 1000
Water 600
Oil 500
Egg 700

Process

  1. Dissolve sugar and water.
  2. Add egg and concentrate and mix at slow speed for 1-2 minutes using flat blade attachment.
  3. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil gradually and mix at slow speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Bake at 200 degree C for 20-22 minutes (for a 50gm muffin).
